Honestly, I have no time for exercise. With school, and work, and getting ready for next year, I don’t have any time on my hands to work out, but I’m overweight and I hate it. Are there some ways to loose weight in a healthy way without crash dieting or exercising a lot?

A good way, I found, is to not eat any unnecessary foods. Like snacking because you want to.
And suppose you have a burger, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw. Leave a little bit of burger leftover, mashed potato left over, and cole slaw left over. Put it together and you’re probably cutting out a good amount of sugar, fat, and calories.
Cut out soda pop. I never drink soda. I found if you drink green tea, mainly, you’ll lose a couple of pounds without really trying.
Once you stop all this it’s hard to start doing it again.
