Ok, so I was watching this Movie on the TV.

It sorta goes like this:
It’s about this Blonde chick who goes into this town (Wild West-ish) & I think she’s trying to kill the leader of some Bike Club, and she meets this girl, (She’s homeless) and she goes around on all fours stealing food in the restaurant, she learns from the sheriff (I think his wife or sister or something died) and he tells her about the Homeless’ Girls’ House, and she learns the house belonged to the Homeless girl but was kick out by the biker leader, then the blonde lady brings her in and showers her and combs her hair, then when the biker leader comes back, (he was away from town and she was waiting for her, then she kills him, (After a long fight)

What movie is this?
The blonde lady is dressed in a leather suit.
