Best All Purpose Motorcycle Polish Ever

i have a crazy work schedule and want to lose weight, where do i start?

Just looking to lose like 5 to 10 lbs. More interested in getting fit and eating healthy. I work evenings mostly, so I don’t have time to cook very fancy healthy meals. All I have time for normally is sandwiches. I can’t keep things cold at my job and normally do’nt have time to sit down and eat, it’s a nibble throughout the night type of thing. I’m a night time worker outter, cause I crash after working out. But there’s no gyms open when I get home from work and it’s not safe to exercise outside in my area. Just looking for little tips, maybe some ideas for cool exercise tapes or dvds.

I love a video called Slim in Six by beachbody.com. Also, bring carrots or celery to work to snack on. They’ll keep you satiated without adding calories. Park farther away from the grocery store, take the stairs, do toe lifts while standing in line, sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair, etc etc. Stretch a lot.

    Breakfast..Start with a great healthy breakfast full of whole grains and fruit.Keep lots of fruit available through out the day and LOSE THAT BREAD!! that is a number one NO NO!!Replace all soda to 2(6oz) a week and drink water w/lemon that speeds up the metabolism. just these simple techniques will lose up to 15 pounds without having ro workout, but a slight workout 30 min a day is best with a diet to get optimal health results and maintain a healthy life style

    You can start with the way you cook & the foods you eat. Since your on the run all the time stick a healthy snack in your purse to take with you like nuts,celery sticks, carrot sticks, or even grapes. There good little on the go treats. Watch how much you eat just six small meals a day. Just enough to get you full so you can keep going through the day. I have the HDtv so I have a channel devoted to nothing but fitness. But, try working out in the living room and also check out the excerise DVDs . The amought of sleep that you get also helps you loose weight. I hope some of these tips work for you.

    The best I’ve seen out there is a book I just finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to get the effects you want. Has illustrations too so you can follow and meals etc.. all good for the body.
